Comfortable stay with clean, cozy rooms and great amenities like a large TV and free WiFi. The bed was super comfy, though the fridge was a bit noisy. Located conveniently near the town center, making it easy to explore. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Marvellous and handy location of the hotel, near Very close to the township where there are wonderful shops and trains. Excellent service, welcoming and pleasant staff during stay. The breakfast with a hot chocolate or cappuccino.

The room was well air-conditioned and stocked with all essentials, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee and tea supplies, making it convenient for my needs.

I did notice a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection;

Rose City Motor Inn offers a clean and comfortable stay with renovated rooms that include plenty of power points. the location is convenient, just a short walk to shops, and the upgraded room provides nice touches like comfy lounge chairs, an electric blanket, and a lovely garden view.

Great choice for trip. Fairly clean place, budget rooms, welcoming staff. Extremely comfy beds and climate control, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. One of the best continental breakfasts with cappuccino, a hot chocolate, all-inclusive rate. The pool area is great too. Good internet, parking on-site. Favourable location just off the township where there are wonderful shops, parks and cafe's to enjoy, and Convenience stores.

Just loved the cleanliness and modern decor of the room! ✨ made my stay feel so fresh and cozy. Only downside was the traffic noise late into the night.

I had a restful stay at Rose City Motor Inn during my quick business trip. the location is lovely, situated in a nice area close to the town center, featuring wonderful shops, parks, and cafes to enjoy. the experience was relaxing and clean, and I appreciated having the heater on for added comfort.

Its location is good and i booked it because of the price i guess just needing somewhere to sleep for the night as i was moving on the next day. plenty of parking space.

I wasn't asking for anything flash, especially at that price ( budget double) but the bed was really bad was very tired and old and uncomfortable. the fixtures and fitting tho functional were dated, i'm not sure how you are supposed to operate the air conditioning as it was above the door, good that we didnt need it. the carpet wasnt good either needed replacing with tiles or wood

I had a great time at this hotel, enjoying the fantastic continental breakfast and the incredibly convenient location, which was perfectly situated near a railway line. Great continental breakfast, convenient and perfect location.

We regularly drive from Sydney to the Mornington Peninsula (south of Melbourne) and we find Benalla to be a great "sleep over" destination while on our way. The village/towne is very nice with good cafes,etc. The Rose City Motor Inn refers to the fact that Benalla is famous for its roses and this motel has beautiful rose gardens as well as "comfy", "old worldy" rooms and friendly staff. You do need a car. The motel in on the road and the round-about at the southern end of town. However, the town of Benalla in on a bypass from the main Highway and therefore it is quiet.

The price was fair, and my partner and I had a great three-night stay with everything being very good.
